These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between 399bet and its users. By accessing services through the 399bet website, mobile application or any other digital channel, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms.

If it is found that a user created an account using false age information, that account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. 399bet will not make any exceptions on this matter.

• The user must be a citizen or lawful resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Persons with mental incapacity or those declared legally incompetent by a court may not use this platform.
• Separate guidelines apply to employees of 399bet or its affiliated companies.

To create an account on 399bet, users must provide accurate and complete information, including full name, an active mobile number and date of birth. If any information needs to be changed after registration, please contact the support team.

Each account is linked to a specific mobile number. Creating more than one account with the same mobile number is strictly prohibited. 399bet may at any time request additional documents to verify a user's identity.

Withdrawals may be restricted until the account verification process is complete. A national identity card or passport may be required for identity verification.

Keeping your account login details completely confidential is your responsibility. Sharing your password with anyone, using the same password on other sites, or logging in from unfamiliar devices are all risks you should avoid.

If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, inform the 399bet support team immediately. 399bet will not be liable for losses resulting from third-party access to your account.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Always log out after using your account.

All financial transactions on 399bet are carried out through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The mobile wallet account used for withdrawal must be registered in the user's own name.

• Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activity.
• If an active bonus is present, withdrawals may be restricted until the specified wagering requirement is met.
• 399bet keeps records of all transactions and verifies them when required.
• Submitting the same withdrawal request more than once is prohibited.

399bet currently offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The deposit must be at least ৳300 to receive the bonus.

To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw this bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

• The bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• Terms for other promotions apply separately and are limited to a specified period.
• Weekly cashback benefits are available under the VIP programme, with rates varying by tier from Bronze to Diamond.

Sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and card games are available on 399bet. Separate rules apply to each game category, as described in detail on the relevant game page.

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical error or connection loss during betting, 399bet will make a decision based on the best available technical information. Server logs will be treated as the final evidence in such cases.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 399bet reserves the right to void abnormal odds offered due to an obvious error.
• Betting on an event closes automatically once the result of that event has been announced.
• RTP information for any game depends on the figures published by the respective game developer.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 399bet platform. If any such activity is identified, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

• Depositing or withdrawing for the purpose of money laundering.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial means.
• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach its security.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Harassing or deceiving other users on the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

399bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns.
• A written request from the user themselves.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

If there is a valid balance in the account before closure and no rules have been violated, the user may contact the support team to request a refund of that balance.
